Founder of NovaQTech Group, Senior Lead Auditor, Management Systems Consultant, and Quality Professional with nearly 30 years of experience across industrial operations, quality assurance, ISO consulting, auditing, organizational improvement, and digital transformation. Since 1998, Amir Abbas Mousapour has worked with organizations in quality systems, management systems implementation, process improvement, compliance, supplier auditing, third-party auditing, and international standards assessment.
NovaQTech focuses on the future of auditing, AI-driven management systems, digital transformation, and the integration of technology with international standards through consulting, research, training, and professional publications.
Provided management systems consulting support for an Ontario-based engineering, consulting, and cybersecurity services organization. The work included the design and implementation of ISO 90003 and CSA N299-based quality management system requirements, maintenance and improvement of an existing ISO 9001 management system, and consulting support for third-party audit preparation and audit response.
The engagement also involved documentation improvement, corrective action support, process alignment, audit readiness preparation, and practical guidance for maintaining management system effectiveness in a technical service environment.
